Friday, June 13, 2008: Lunar!
Both solo & in teams expect imaginations to rove. Think pirates & moonscapes, and keep a log of seafaring sojourns in a moonbook. Explore the moon's magnetic influence on the Earth by simulating ocean tides. Think lunar expeditions and create impact craters and examine their effects on the moon's surface. Build your own edible version of NASA’s 2008 Lunar Reconnaissance Orbiter (LRO) and find out what it will be looking for on the moon. Learn a moon tune and get you picture taken in a space suit.

Frank Sprouse inspires busy brains on a YES!YEA!Day at The Science Factory.
