YWA publishes UpStarts, the only Lane County paper of creative work authored by our local young people. The works published in UpStarts come from the many programs that YWA puts on throughout the county, as well as from individual submissions.

We wish to continue putting this creative writing and visual arts paper into the hands of every teacher in Lane County for use by their students, into local bookstores and libraries, and into the mailbox of each YWA participant.
